SYNOPSIS
The temporary bridge over the Taran River keeps collapsing, despite British engineer Robinson’s efforts to rebuild it. The local Bobolian reveals that the river guardian, Tambaig, is angered, and a sacrifice of seven virgin buffaloes is needed. Intang, Robinson’s servant, spreads the false rumor that Solungkoi, Robinson’s fiancée, must be sacrificed. Consumed by jealousy and love, Intang, another woman in the village ensures Solungkoi is offered as a sacrifice, and from that moment, the bridge stands unbroken.

Marlin Brando Malalin
Marlin Brando Malalin is a Malaysian actor, writer and director from Sabah. He began as a host in Tawau in 1998 and later became known on Tawau FM and Sabah FM. His acting career took off in 2008 with the telemovie PT12, leading to over 20 telemoviews and popular dramas like Gerak Khas.
In 2013, Marlin expanded into writing and directing, where he made his mark with 5 RTM dramas, six telemovies, and several documentaries. His notable films Namatai and soon to release, Giring and Once Upon A Times in Tamparuli. Through his past projects, his achievement and dedicate to Sabah's culture.
